摘要 分析了谷物干燥性能指标,并将其分类。运用层次分析法结合专家调查把复杂问题简化,求出了各指标的权重。在层次分析法的基础上采用德尔斐法计算出指标重要程度系数,并进行了比较分析。为计算谷物干燥性能指标的综合效用提供了一种新方法。 The drying rate of grain is higher in heated air drying than in ambient air drying. If the parameters of heated air are selected inappropriately, the quality of grain would decrease after drying. The indexes of drying characteristics were analyzed and classified. There are three types of criteria, drying rate, energy consumption, and quality, which are governed by performance of dryer and drying process. The effects of dryer structure and drying process on them are different. First step is to define the weighted factors of them. The weighted factors of the indexes were calculated using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process through the agency of consulting with drying experts. On the basis of this, the prior order of indexes of grain drying characteristics was researched using Dephi Programme and a new method of calculating comprehensive effectiveness was developed.
