摘要 在三环减速器传动机理的基础上,建立起带运动副间隙的三环减速器传动系统的运动学、动力学分析模型,导出了其运动学、动力学计算公式,利用所编制的计算程序对其进行了动力学分析,讨论了运动副间隙对其动态性能的影响,为正确选择这类机构运动副间隙及对机构进行优化设计提供理论依据。 A three ring reducer is a new kind of gear driver developed in the past decade. Adopting a new conception of “parallel and movable axis” of multiple mechanisms, this kind of gear driver has many features such as simplicity and compactness in structure, large transmission ratio, high efficiency and so on. As the three ring reducer has been invented for only ten years, up to now the design of the gear driver is only made with analogue method, no design theory can be employed and there exist serious vibration and noise in transmission, which limits its wide application in industry. As the clearance between turning pairs in the three ring reducer, it may cause serious vibration, noise radiation and faster wear in the bearing. So the analysis of effect of clearance between turning pairs on dynamic characteristics is necessary in the three ring reducer. The transmission principle of the three ring reducer was studied, then a kinematics and dynamics analysis model of the reducer with clearances between turning pairs is set up, and the formulas are derived. On the basis of the model, dynamic characteristics of the reducer is studied, and the effect of clearance between turning pairs on dynamic characteristics is also discussed. For the series of mechanisms, the clearance between turning pairs can be chosen rightly, and the optimum design can be done according to the effect.
