摘要
双路肌电闭环控制的功能电刺激系统可以协调地控制肢体拮抗肌的收缩和舒张,使得偏瘫病人的患侧能在电刺激下协调运动。本混合系统由两套单导肌电处理器、闭环控制器及刺激器子系统所组成。反馈信号是一个能反映主动肌和拮抗肌肌电的综合量。初步结果表明本系统的输入输出线性度比单路控制有明显的改善,其频率响应提高到1.25Hz。借助本系统偏瘫患者可利用健侧肌电对患侧肢体运动进行闭环控制,本研究不仅可使病人能够得到合适的神经肌肉功能训练,而且是有效的心理疗法。
The electro-myo-potential signal elicited from the contralateral leg may accomodately stimulate the contraction and relaxation of the antagonistic muscles of the paralytic leg in hemiplegic patients with a dual channal closed loop system. This hybrid system was composed of two sets of one channel EMG processor, closed loop feedback controller, and stimulator subsystem. The feedback signal of the controller was a combination of the elicited EMG of agonist and the antagonist, muscles preliminary results showed that its input-output linearity was greatly improved in comparison with that of one channel control, and its frequency response was raised up to 1.25Hz. By the aid of this system, the hemiplegic leg can be brought into play following the normal leg movement as the patients' will. The goal of this research was not only to make functional neuromuscular stimulation (FNS) more compatible, but also an effective psychological modality for their rehabilitation.
