摘要
对电化学与火焰原子吸收光谱仪联用中测试的几种主要影响因素进行了探讨。 试验的影响因素包括电化学预富集池填充微粒的大小及填充厚度、溶液底液支持电解质的种类及浓度、溶出阶段支持电解质的类型及浓度、电化学预富集电压及溶出测定阶段的反向电压的大小和流动液的流速。在选定的条件下, 经对铜离子的试验可使检出限降低2 个数量级。
Some influential factors were studied in determination by combination flame atomic absorption spectrometry with electrochemistry enrichment. The influential factors included the size and the thickness of the graphite tiny particle filled in a self _ made electrochemical preconcentration microcell, the kind and the concentration of supporting electrolyte solutions in the different step, the voltage of microcell during electrodeposition and stripping step, the flow rate through the microcell. Under the selected conditions, the sensitivity and the detection limit for the determination of copper ion can be improved with 2 order of magnitude.
