测定染发剂中苯二胺的气相色谱法

Determination of Phenylenediamines in Tint by Gas Chromatography

建立了气相色谱法同时测定染发剂中邻位、间位、对位苯二胺的方法。 方法线性范围： 邻苯二胺０．３ ～４０ ．０ ｇ／ Ｌ， 对苯二胺０．２ ～５０ ．０ ｇ／ Ｌ， 间苯二胺０．４ ～７０ ．０ ｇ／ Ｌ； 平均回收率： 苯二胺９４ ．７ ％ ， 对苯二胺９２ ．２ ％ ， 间苯二胺９０ ．１％ 。 该法灵敏度高、操作简便、准确。

A method for simultaneous determination of (o,m,p _)penylenediamines in tint by gas chromatography was established. The result showed that the linear ranges of calibration curves were 0.3～40.0 g/L for o _ phenylenediamine, 0.2～50.0 g/L for p _ phenylenediamine, 0.4～70.0 g/L for m _ phenylenediamine; recoveries were 94.7%, 92.2% and 90.1% for o _ phenylenediamine, p _ phenylenediamine and m _ phenylenediamine, respectively. The method is simple, accurate and sensitive.
