摘要
将平均取代度为3.8的负电性磺丁基-β-环糊精手性添加剂应用于毛细管电泳对映体拆分的研究中。考察了背景电解质pH及磺丁基-β-环糊精浓度对手性拆分的影响,应用磺丁基-β-环糊精拆分八对碱性和酸性的药物对映体。
Enantiomeric separations of chiral drugs with an anionic chiral resolving agent, sulfobutyl ether β-cyclodextrin(SBE-β-CD) with average substitute degree 3. 8, employed as chilal additive by capillary electrophoresis were achieved. The effects of pH of background electrolyte, the concentration of sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin on chiral separation were investigated. The enantiomeric separation of six basic and two acidic chiral drugs was accomplished. Sulfobutyl ether-β-cylodextrin was proved to be a good chiral selector having itself electrophretic mobility.
