摘要
隐性知识转移是保障研究生培养质量的关键环节。导师负责制中师生隐性知识的转移分为伪隐性知识和真隐性知识的转移,伪隐性知识的转移可以使用语言知识或符号规则编码进行,真隐性知识的转移只能在特定情境中以联结学习的方式进行。基于此,本文构建了伪隐性知识转移的编码———诠释模型,提出了真隐性知识转移的触发模型,探讨了导师负责制中促使隐性知识转移的关键因素。
Tacit knowledge transfer is a key factor in improving the quality of postgraduate training.Tacit knowledge to be transferred within an instructor responsibility system includes pseudo-and true tacit knowledge.A model of encoding and interpretation is proposed for the transfer of the former as it may be realized with a knowledge of lingual or symbolic rules.A triggering model is proposed for the transfer of the latter that can be made by associative learning in particular situations.In light of the discussion,the author explores the key factors to promote tacit knowledge transfer.
