摘要
通过对冀东地区花生田蛴螬优势种和发生期的田间调查,明确了该地区花生田蛴螬的优势种为暗黑鳃金龟。同时进行了3%辛硫磷颗粒剂60 kg/hm2、30%毒死蜱微囊悬浮剂6 375 mL/hm2、3%呋喃丹颗粒剂60 kg/hm2、绿僵菌6亿个孢子/穴、绿僵菌4亿个孢子/穴+30%毒死蜱微囊悬浮剂3 825 mL/hm2、绿僵菌4亿个孢子/穴+30%毒死蜱微囊悬浮剂2 550 mL/hm2和清水对照共计7种药剂处理防治蛴螬的田间试验。结果表明:使用30%毒死蜱微囊悬浮剂6 375 mL/hm2防治效果最好,防效高达77.01%,花生受害指数仅为3.61%,花生产量为3 629.70 kg/hm2;绿僵菌4亿个孢子/穴+30%毒死蜱微囊悬浮剂3 825 mL/hm2处理的综合防治效果次之,但用药量少,且毒性小。
The dominant species and occurrence period of white grubs in peanut field in the Eastern of Hebei Province were investigated.The control effects of 3% phoxim pelletized granule 60 kg /hm2,30% chlorpyrifos CS 6 375 mL/hm2,3% furation pelletized granule 60 kg/hm2,Metarhizium anisopliae 600 million spores per hole,M.anisopliae 400 million spores per hole+30% chlorpyrifos CS 3 825 mL/hm2,M.anisopliae 400 million spores per hole+30% chlorpyrifos CS 2 550 mL/hm2 on white grubs were studied.The results showed that the dominant species was Holotrichia parallela Mltschulsky.The control effect could reach 77.01% by using 30% chlorpyrifos CS 6 375 mL/hm2,the damage index of peanut was only 3.61%,and the yield of peanut was 3 629.70 kg/hm2.The control effect of M.anisopliae 400 million spores per hole+30% chlorpyrifos CS 3 825 mL/hm2 was followed,while lower dose of pesticide was used,and the toxicity was lower.
