连铸小方坯生产高强度φ15mm SWRH82B盘条钢的实践

摘要 首钢高强度φ15mm SWRH82B盘条在加工过程中脆断现象严重,该现象与小方坯角裂、皮下裂纹和盘条网状组织有关。经研究发现,造成小方坯上述缺陷的原因是由于季节气温差异使连铸机结晶器和二冷的冷却强度相对较强所致。通过调整结晶器冷却水水量、二冷水比水量和更换保护渣,产品质量基本上达到大方坯连铸工艺生产的同等产品的质量要求。 High strength SWRH82B of Shougang happens heavy broken during drawed procedure, which is related to broken corner , crack of billet and cellular strneture of wire. It is found that it is because of seasonal temperature fluctuation, mold and secondary cooling intensity are relatively stronger. By adjusting mold cooling water flow scale, regulating the secondary cooling water distribution, and changing protection slag, the quality of the product basically meets the quality demand of same level product produced by bloom continuous casting.
