摘要
20Mn2A圆链在编链热处理后的拉伸试验中出现了断裂，在大多数断口上发现有圆形或椭圆形断裂平台。分析了圆链的断口、形貌、组织和化学成分。结果表明，具有氢脆特征且以夹杂物为核心的平台断口视为鱼眼断口，鱼眼断口是引起20Mn2A圆链拉拔断裂的主要原因。
The fracture was observed on 20Mn2A round chain during the tension tests after it is heat treated. Many round or elliptical spots were found on the fracture. The fracture, the shape, the microstructure and composition of the chain were analyzed in the paper. It is showed that the fracture was mainly caused by the ＂fish eye＂, which was characterized by the ＂fish eye＂ nucleated around the inclusion and hydrogen brittleness.
