摘要
作为职业院校实施创新教育的主体,教师对创新教育目标的实现起着至关重要的作用。因此,分析创新型教师应具有的素质并探讨创新型教师的培养过程就成为一个十分紧迫的课题。
Teachers in vocational institutes are the main body to implement innovative education.They play a crucial role to achieving the goals of innovation education.Hence,it is an urgent issue to analyze required qualities innovative teachers should have and explore their nurturing process.
