摘要
聚合物鏻树脂与氯化碘作用得到载氯化碘鏻树脂。室温及CaCO_3或NaHCO_3存在下,该树脂在CH_2Cl_2和CH_3OH溶液中,使芳胺、乙酰芳胺和酚碘化为相应的1-碘取代芳香化合物,产率为80.5%~94.0%。该树脂是一种反应条件温和,选择性好的活泼芳环碘化剂。鏻树脂可再生重复使用。
Phosphonium resin reacted with iodine chloride to give iodine chloride supported on phosphonim resin. The resin reacted with aromatic amines acetanilides and phenols in dichloromethane and methanol in the presence of calcium carbonate or sodium biscarbonate at room tempture to give mono iodo - substituted aromatic compounds. The yields were 80.5% -94.0% . The resin was a mild yet effective iodinating agent for active aromatic rings with good selectivity. The phosphonium resin can be reused after treatment with iodine chloride.
