CO_2气腹对妊娠中期大鼠雌三醇水平及胎盘功能的影响

摘要 目的探讨CO2气腹对妊娠中期大鼠雌三醇水平及胎盘功能的近期和远期影响。方法 60只妊娠中期大鼠随2机分为对照组(12只)、近期影响组(24只)、远期影响组(24只)。对照组仅作麻醉,而影响组分别给予8、15mmHgCO气2腹处理1、2h。近期影响组气腹结束后处死,远期影响组饲养至妊娠晚期处死。观察流产率,用ELISA检测血浆、羊水及胎盘中雌三醇含量。结果 CO气腹对妊娠中期大鼠近期和远期血浆及羊水雌三醇含量无明显影响(P>0.05),但高压2及长时间CO气腹显著降低胎盘中雌三醇含量(P<0.05)。各组间流产率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高压及长时间2CO气腹可减少妊娠中期大鼠胎盘中雌三醇含量,导致胎盘功能抑制。 Objective To study the short and long term effect of CO2 pneumoperitoneum on estriol level and placental function in mid pregnancy rats. Methods Sixty mid pregnancy rats were randomly divided into control (n=12), short (n=24) and long influence (n=24) groups. Control group were only anesthesized, while two influence groups were treated with 8 mmHg or 15 mmHg CO2 pneumoperitoneum for 1 h or 2 h. Short and long influence groups were sacrificed immediately or till late pregnancy after pneumoperitoneum, respectively. Plasma, amniotic fluid, and placenta levels of estriol were detected by ELISA, and the abortion rate was observed. Results Plasma and amuiotie fluid levels of estriol were insignificant in all groups (P〉0.05), but placenta contents of estriol reduced in high pressure and long term CO2 pneumoperitoneum (P〈0.05). There was no difference in abortion rate in all groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion High pressure and long term CO2 pneumoperitoneum may inhibit the placental function by reducing placenta estriol levels in mid pregnancy rats.
