摘要
我国现阶段法学包括环境法学教育模式存在的问题主要表现在:教育模式单一,特色不突出;性质定位不明,发展趋向模糊等。规范、科学、系统化的美国法学教育模式和以香港、英国为代表的法律深造文凭模式有许多值得借鉴之处。在中国环境法学教育模式的改革中,要实现环境法学教育模式的多元化、找准环境法学教育模式的性质定位、重视环境法学教育的实践环节等。
The reform of educational pattern remains the prime drive of the transformation of environmental law teaching. The establishment of a scientific and logical educational pattern not only helps effectively complete the specific tasks of the develop- ments of environmental law, but remains instrumental in the conclusion and improvement of pragmatic experiences as well, thus enabling the continuality of the efficient methodology to solve corresponding problems. This thesis is based on the back- ground of "the reform and reconstruction of educational pattern" with an attempt to analyze the current state of Chinese educa tional pattern of the environmental law. By comparing and contrasting to international education modes, the author intends to seek the rule of the methodology in this field. Hopefully, more advices and ideas could be echoed and brought forward bv the probe in this field
