反相高效液相色谱法测定银杏叶提取物中5种银杏内酯的含量 被引量:26

Determination of Five Kinds of Gingkolides in Gingko Biloba Leaves Extract by Reversed-phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 研究了银杏叶提取物中5种银杏内酯含量的方法。外标法宣反相Symmetry-C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水;示差折光检测器。线形范围为0.02~0.40g/L,r=0.9814~0.9934,方法的回收率和相对标准偏差分别在93.2%~97.4%和1.27%~2.68%(n=15)之间,5种银杏内酯的检测限在2.07~3.98mg/L之间。本法简便、准确、重现性好,适宜于生产和工艺研究的质量控制。 In this paper, five kinds of gingkolides(GA,GB,GC,GJ, BB) in gingko biloba leaves extract was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography at the first time. The Waters Symmetry-C18 colurnn(3. 9 mm× 150 mm, 5 μm) and column temperature was 30℃, 24% (V/V) methanol as mobile phase and detector was refractometer (model: waters410, sensitivity: 1024). The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.02 ~ 0.40 g/L, r = 0.9814 ~ 0.9934; recovery: 93 .2% ~97.4% and RSD: 1 .27% ~ 2.68%,different ginkgolides determination limit from 2.07 to 3.98 mg/L.This method is sensitive, reproducible and easy to operate.The condition of column can be enlarging for preparinge-scale high performance liquid chromatography.
