摘要
研究了(NH_4)_2SO_4存在下,KI-抗坏血酸.乙醇体系萃取浮选Cu(Ⅱ)的行为。试验表明,I-与被抗坏血酸还原的Cu(Ⅰ)形成CuI沉淀能萃取浮选在乙醇/水两相之间。当溶液pH1~5时,能使Cu(Ⅱ)与Fe(Ⅲ)、CO(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Al(Ⅲ)、Cr(Ⅲ)、Mo(Ⅵ)、Cd(Ⅱ)分离。
A study of the liguid-liquid extraction floatation behaviour based on ascorbic acid-potassium ioide-ethanol in the presence of ammonium sulphate has been performed and proper conditions of separation were selected. It showed that CuI could be formed in this system and it was easily floated betwee the two phases of ethanol and water. In the same condition, Fe^(3+), Co^(3+), Ni^(2+), Mn^(2+), Zn^(2+),Al^(3+),Cd^(2+), Mo(Ⅵ ) and Cr^(3+) could not be extracted into the ethanol phase, so Cu (Ⅱ ) can be completely separated from them by adding 3 .5 g (NH_4 )_2SO_4, 5.0 × 10^(-3)g KI, 1. 0 mL of1.0×10^(-3) mol/L ascorbic-acid to 10.0 mL 30% (V/ V) ethanol solution at pH = 1 ~ 5.
