测定了39对对映体衍生物的温度曲线，通过计算得到热力学数据△△H°，△△S°和△△Ghm，认为它们具有熵焓补偿关系，具有基本相同的拆分机理。

39 groups of thermodynamic data△△H°，△△S°and△△Ghm)of derivatized secondary alcohols on permethylated cycldextrin stationary phase were determined, calculated and compared.Enthalpy - entropy compensation effect in chiral recognition effect in chiral recognition for those studied compounds was evaluated.
