畜牧兽医人才培养“企业班”模式研究

Study of "Enterprise Class Mode" for Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Talents

校企联合、院企共建是学校与企业积极应对当前日趋激烈的市场竞争以及大学生就业难等问题形成的合作方式,其主要内容是联合培养相关人才,服务行业发展。以山西农业大学动物科技学院与企业联合组建"企业班"、院企联合培养人才的成功经验为基础,探析"企业班"模式在畜牧兽医专业人才培养体系中的作用。

Alliance between universities and enterprises as well as cooperation between colleges and enterprises are a kind of cooperative mode to deal with the intense market competition and employment pressure for college students. Its main tasks were cultivating special talents through collaborative efforts and serving the industrial development on both sides. Based on the successful experience about cultivating talents through collaborative efforts and establishing ＂ Enterprise Class＂ by college of animal science and veterinary medicine and enterprises, this article discussed and analyzed the role of ＂ Enterprise Class Mode＂ established by colleges and enterprises in the training system for animal husbandry and veterinary talents.
