摘要
新一轮的体育课程改革以来,自主学习、探究学习和合作学习等方法得到了提倡和重视。通过一个阶段的探索和教学实践,认为三种学习方式之间既有联系又有区别。不同点是:自主学习主要强调学生独立学习能力的培养;探究学习主要是培养学生的运动认知和运动原理理解能力;合作学习强调的是培养学生互帮互学的精神。共同点是针对教学中"学懂"和"学乐"所进行的教学完善和改进,都是接受式学习的有益补充。只有把"学会"、"学懂"、"锻炼"和"学乐"通过改革形成一个整体,才能切实提高体育教学的整体质量。
Since the beginning of new physical educational reform, the methods of self--regulated study, exploring study and cooperative study have been greatly advocated and stressed. Through exploring and teaching practice for a period of time, it is believed that the three methods are closely related with each other. Self--regulated study mainly emphasizes developing students" ability to study independently. Exploring study stresses developing students" ability to understand the cognition and principles in sports. Cooperative study means training students" cooperation and sharing with others. Their common characteristics are to perfect and improve the " understanding" and " fun" in teaching practice. They are all beneficial supplement to the acceptance--based study. Only combining " learning", " understanding", " fun" and " practice" with teaching can the quality of physical education he improved.
