Analysis of the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Education for College Students' Career Planning

大学生就业已经成为家长、学校和社会共同关注的焦点、难点和热点问题,因此,大学生的职业规划教育的重要性不言而喻。在阐述大学生职业规划存在问题的基础上,分析了当前的现状,从五个方面提出了针对性的对策,构建起职业规划教育新体系,能够有效地解决大学生职业规划教育存在的问题,提高大学生制定自身个体职业生涯规划的能力,增强大学生就业核心竞争力。

College students＇employment has become an important social issue.The article argues that college studentsshould have proper and clear awareness about self-identification,self-assessment,professional assessment and the trend ofsocial development on the basis of demonstrating the problems that exist in the process of career planning.Furthermore,colleges should establish a high-quality instructor team,build a sound curriculum system and form an efficient evaluationand feedback system for college students to refer to in the process of career planning.
