我国农村初级中学体育教师现状与分析——以辽宁鞍山市岫岩县为例

On Physical Education Teachers of Rural Junior High Schools in China

综合运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法以及统计分析法对鞍山市农村初级中学体育教师的现状进行了调查与分析,发现鞍山市农村初级中学体育教师资源在数量上严重不足;在质量上,体育教师资源的年龄结构、身份结构、学历结构不合理或不是理想状态;教师的教学理念、专业知识更新缓慢;队伍不稳定,工作量过大,工资待遇低于其他学科教师等现象。

This paper explores rural junior high school physical education teachers in Anshan city by documentation, interview, questionnaire and statistical analysis.Quantitatively, the PE teachers are badly understaffed.Qualitatively,t he age distribution, the status structure and the educational levels of the PE teachers are irrational or in the non-ideal situation.In addition, their teaching idea and the professional knowledge are updated slowly and the teaching faculty is not stable with heavy workload and low salaries as compared with teachers of other subjects.
