摘要
以毛叶丁香为试验材料,研究了萃取剂、萃取时间以及萃取温度对叶片中叶绿素萃取的效果。结果表明:使用单一萃取剂时,95%乙醇、80%丙酮、95%DMF对叶绿素的萃取效果较佳,叶绿素的含量分别为1.2440、1.5692和1.6129mg/g;使用混合萃取剂时,80%丙酮与95%DMF的比例为1:2效果较好,叶绿素含量为1.4072mg/g;最佳萃取时间为0.5h;最佳萃取温度为0℃。
To gross Syringa pubescens as materials to study the extraction solvent, extraction time and extraction temperature on extraction of chlorophyll results. The results showed that when using a single extractant, 95 % ethanol, 80 % acetone, 95 % DMF was better for the extraction of chlorophyll, chlorophyll contents were 1.244 0 mg/g, 1.569 2 mg/g and 1.612 9 mg/g; When using the mixed extractant, 80 % acetone and 95 % DMF 1：2 is better, chlorophyll content 1.407 2 mg/g; the best extraction time 0.5 h; the best extraction temperature is 0 ~C.
