双膝关节置换术后并发脑脂肪栓塞1例报告 被引量：2

摘要 脑脂肪栓塞综合征（CFE）是脂肪栓塞综合征（FES）的一种类型,已经成为长骨骨折和髋、膝关节置换术患者的严重并发症之一,常危及生命或遗留后遗症。临床上对于双膝关节置换术后单纯表现为CFE的FES报道较少见,诊断也较为困难。
