伴与不伴2型糖尿病突发性耳聋的临床特点分析 被引量：6

摘要 突发性耳聋（Suddensensorineuralhearingloss，SSHL）是突然发生的，可在数分钟、数小时或3天以内，原因不明的感音神经性听力损失，至少在相连的2个频率听力下降20dB以上^[1]：可伴有耳鸣或眩晕，除第Ⅷ颅神经外，无其他颅神经受损症状^[1]。突发性耳聋是耳鼻咽喉科的常见急症。
