摘要
将转炉炉底和炉身的连接方式由活动式改为固定连接，炉底必须保证砌筑水平后方可进行炉身砌筑，炉身必须设置膨胀缝以消除耐材应力，这样从根本上消除了转炉冶炼至炉役中后期极易造成的炉底接缝穿漏事故。
The attended mode which links the convertor bottom and body was changed from mobile to fixed, building converter body after the bottom ensured laying level, setting expansion joints of the body to eliminate refractories stress, the basic factor of converter bottom seams leakage accident in the middle of servants was removed.
