煤粉输送系统故障分析及改进

Failure Analysis and Improvement of Coal Powder Conveying System

由于煤粉输送系统中使用的300蝶阀故障频繁，影响煤粉输送并造成煤粉泄漏，使生产受到影响的同时，不但增加了生产成本，且使作业环境存在安全隐患并造成环境污染。现将蝶阀改为自行设计加工的锥形阀后，解决了煤粉输送系统故障频发的问题，提高了设备作业率，降低了生产运营成本。

Because of the failure of φ 300 butterfly valve in coal powder conveying system occurred frequently, coal powder conveying was affected and pulverized coal was leakage, production of coal powder was affected, production costs increased, work environment became not safe and was polluted too. After the butterfly valve being replaced by conical valve, the working rate of the device was improved, production operating costs was reduced.
