红外法测定铁矿石中高含量硫

摘要 通过将单一标准样品多个测定值线性化定标修改为高中低系列标准样品多点系数校正,同时对高频震荡功率、助熔剂种类、称样量、分析时间等参数进行量化,确定了HCS-140型高频燃烧-红外吸收法测定铁矿石中高含量硫的最佳分析条件,将样品硫的测定范围从原来的0.00%-1.00%增大到0.000%-3.400%以上。与传统碘量法进行了比对实验,相对标准偏差为1.17%-1.84%,试验样品分析结果与碘量法测定结果相符,标准样品的测定值与认定值相符。 By many determination values linear calibration of a single standard being changed to the series of modified multi-factor calibration standard samples, as well as high-frequency oscillatory power, flux type, sample weight, time and other aspects of quantitative analysed, the optimal conditions of the determination of high levels sulfur in iron ore with HCS- 140 high frequency combustion - infrared absorption was determined. And sulfur measured range was increased from the original 0.00%-1.00% to 0.000%-3.400%. Comparied with the experiments of traditional iodine volume method, the relative standard deviation is 1.17% to 1.84%, the test sample analysis is consistent with the iodometric determination, standard sample measured value matches the determined value.
