摘要
从身高、体重、安静心率、肺活量、纵跳、闭眼单脚站立、反应时、耐力(受试者在安全的情况下尽可能快地完成1 000m)、握力、坐位体前屈等10项体质和运动能力对长期坚持参加足球运动的中年男性进行体质和运动能力测试,结果显示:足球运动对中年男性心肺功能的改善,有氧耐力的提高,缩短反应时.延长闭眼单脚站立时间和增强下肢肌肉力量有重要作用,效果明显,而对柔韧性和手的握力效果不显著。
From the height,weight,resting heart rate,lung capacity,vertical jump,standing on one leg with eyes closed,reaction time,endurance(subjects in the security situation as quickly as possible to complete 1000m),grip strength,Sit and Reach l0 items such as physical and athletic ability to participate in the sport of long-standing middle-aged men with physical and athletic ability tests,the results show: the sport of the middle-aged male heart and lung function improvement,the improvement of aerobic endurance,shorten the reaction time.Extension of time standing on one foot with eyes closed and enhance lower extremity muscle strength has an important role,the effect was,while the flexibility and hand grip strength had no significant effect.
