有机添加物对Cu-Co-Fe合成醇催化剂的修饰作用 被引量:4

摘要 采用并流共沉淀法制备了CuCoFe 合成醇催化剂,通过改变有机添加物,对CuCoFe 催化剂前驱物的结构和表面状态进行修饰和改性,考察了不同有机添加物对催化剂结构的影响规律. 不同添加物可以修饰调节催化剂的晶粒大小、比表面积和孔径分布. 加入草酸或丙烯酰胺,可使CuO(111) 和Co3O4(110) 晶粒度增大,比表面积减小,孔径较大的过渡孔分数增大. 柠檬酸为添加物时,催化剂中CuO 和Co3O4 晶粒度较小,比表面积较大,孔径主要分布在小于10 nm 的细孔区. A series of Cu Co Fe catalyst for alcohol synthesis were prepared by coprecipitation of parallel flow charging method. The precursors of Cu Co coprecipitation were modified by adding different organic compounds during impregnation of iron component. XRD, SAXS and BET techniques were used for characterization of the catalyst. XRD result showed that the phase structure of the catalyst is made of CuO, Co 3O 4 and Fe 2O 3, and no metal carbide is found from XRD patterns, meaning that the additive is absent after calcination and plays a role of complex reagent (e.g. for the complex reaction of citric acid with Cu 2+ and Fe 3+ ; for the complex reaction of oxalic acid with Co 2+ , Fe 2+ and Fe 3+ , etc ), surfactant and template agent. By the Scherrer method of XRD, it was found that the crystallite size of CuO(111) and Co 3O 4(110) increases when glucose or acrylamide is used as additive. When citric acid is used as additive, not only does the surface area of the catalyst increase, but also do a lot of thin pores smaller than 10 nm generate.
