摘要
利用微波做信号源;模拟晶体点阵做光栅,进行布拉格反射实验,测得点阵常数与直接测量的结果非常接近。实验直观形象,便于学生对X射线衍射实验的理解。
By using microwave as the signal source and simulation crystal as the raster,Bragg reflection experiment is made,and the lattice constant measured in the experiment is much close to the one which is directly measured.The experiment is good for students to understand X-ray reflection.
