目的适应新形势下军队使命任务要求,提升军队医院卫勤综合保障能力。方法按照总部现行军事训练大纲,结合军队医院实际,加强岗位练兵路径管理,突出"早"字,落实"严"字,抓住"实"字,在打牢岗位练兵基础,严格练兵标准,强化练兵实效上下功夫。结果医护人员使命意识明显增强,业务素质有效提高,医院卫勤综合保障能力明显提升,专业技术比武成绩优异。结论岗位练兵对于军队医院卫勤保障能力的提升与医院技术内涵建设具有双重促进作用,是军队医院快速可持续发展的有效途径。

Objective To adapt to the military mission in the new situation and promote the integrated medical support capacity of the military hospital.Methods Management on on-the-job training pathway was strengthened according to the current military training outline and the actuality of the military hospital.Early strict and practical training was focused to consolidate the on-the-job training basement,make strict training standard,and intensify the training effects.Results The personnel mission consciousness of the medical staff was significantly enhanced,their professional quality was efficiently improved,the integrated medical support capacity of the hospital was obviously promoted,and excellent marks were obtained in the profession competition.Conclusion On-the-job training can improve the medical support ability of the military hospital and connotation construction of technology,and is an efficient pathway for the rapid and sustainable development of the military hospital.
