摘要
在生产试验的条件下,通过成分设计和TMCP-RPC-T工艺设计,并采用晶粒细化、沉淀强化、位错强化和贝氏体组织强化等手段生产风电法兰用钢钢板,既能保证高强度、高韧性和良好的焊接性能等要求,提高工程结构的施工效率和安全可靠性,又能简化生产工艺、缩短生产流程、降低生产能耗,适合大生产操作。
Under the condition of production test,by means of composition design and TMCP-RPC-T process design,moreover adopting grain refinement and precipitation strengthening,dislocation strengthening and bainite structure strengthening and so on methods,the steel plates for wind power flange was produced.The process can not only ensure high strength and toughness and excellent weldability and increase the building efficiency and safe reliability of the engineering structure,but also can shorten the production process and reduce production energy consumption,so it is suitable for mass production.
