摘要
目的建立一种快速高效检测日本血吸虫尾蚴的新方法方法用150μm(100目)、100μm(150目)和50μm(300目)尼龙布分别做成直径112mm,长160mm过滤袋。在实验室捞取水中日本血吸虫尾蚴,用10%甲醛溶液固定,0.5%酸性品红盐酸溶液染色,1%盐酸溶液脱色,解剖镜检查尾蚴。结果 150μm、100μm和50μm尼龙过滤袋捞取尾蚴率(获蚴率)均为100%;尾蚴密度分别为3.20条/0.1m^2、5.20条/0.1m^2和3.25条/0.1m^2。100μm和50μm过滤袋捞蚴组断尾率分别为9.62%和10.77%;150μm过滤袋组无断尾现象。结论
Objective To establish a rapid and efficient new method to detect Schistasoma japonicum cercariae. Methods Filter bags with ll2mm in diameter, 160mm in length were made of nylon cloth of 150μm, 100μm, 50μm pore size, respectively. The cercariae in water are captured by the filter bags in laboratory, and they were fixed by 10% formalin solution, dyed by 0.5% acid fuchsin, bleached by 1% hydrochloric acid, and checked under a dissecting microscopy. Results The rate of cercariae capture were all 100% in three groups. The cercariae density in filter bag groups of 1501.Lm, 100bμm, 50μm pore size were 3.20/0.1m^2, 5.20/ 0.1m^2, 3.25/0.1m^2, respectively. The broken tail rate of cercariae in filter bag groups of 100μm and 150μm pore size were 9.62% and 10.77%, respectively, while no broken tail cercariae was found in filter bag group of 150μm pore size. Conclusion The method of using filter bags which were made of nylon cloth of 150μm to detect Schistasomajaponicum cercariae has a good application prospect.
