从非传统安全的视角认识医患和谐

Doctor-patient harmony from the prospective of nontraditional security

医患和谐与否关系到医院的和谐和社会的和谐与稳定。本文采用非传统安全的视角认识医患矛盾激化的严重性,并探索解决这种矛盾的新思路,提出可以通过建立医疗风险保险制度,建立手术签字并公证制度,实施临床路径、降低医疗费用;提高医生待遇、加强医德医风教育,重视信息化建设中的安全意识,社会媒体的公正客观评价,医院加强与患者的交流与沟通等措施,以达到构建和谐医患关系,促进医院发展、社会稳定之目的。

Doctor-patient relationship influence hospital and social harmony and stability. From the prospective of nontraditional security, this paper planed to demonstrate the severity of contradiction between doctors and patients, and explore new ideas of taking this contradiction, including hospital insurance construction, sign and certify operation, clinical path execution, medical fees reduction, moral education, information safety, and doctor-patient communication enhancing, in order to construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship, boost hospital development, and strengthen social stability.
