摘要
利用自组装的毛细管电泳 -激光诱导荧光装置 ,研究了多种寡糖 -8-氨基芘 -1 ,3 ,6-三磺酸 (寡糖 -APTS)衍生物的分离 .考察了电泳介质、浓度及 p H对寡糖 -APTS衍生物分离的影响 ,在酸性和碱性条件下 。
Reducing oligosaccharides, after reductive amination, were separated and detected as their APTS derivatives by capillary electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence. Brief optimization studies have also been performed with respect to CE separation conditions of oligosaccharides. The oligosaccharide ladders were analyzed in an acidic phosphate-tris buffer(pH 25) or in the alkaline borate buffer. Acid hydrolysis products of dextran T-40 labeled with APTS were also successfully mapped.
