基于多元智能理论设计的高职立体式教学模式研究

摘要 知识和技术创新已成为国家、民族生存发展和竞争的基础,迫切需要具有一定专业知识、交际能力和较高思想素质的复合型人才。运用美国哈佛大学霍华德博士提出了"多元智能"教育理论来设计改革高职现有的教学模式,可以达到高职教育培养多元智能的目标,并形成以培养创新精神和实践能力为重点,树立人人都能成功的学生观、因材施教的教学观、多元多维的评价观和有教无类的教育观。 Knowledge and technological innovation are the foundation of people's existence and development.It is urgently needed for the inter-disciplinary talent with professional knowledge,communicative ability and high-quality.This paper designs the model of stereometric teaching in higher vocational colleges based on the theory of multiple intelligence which was put forward by Doctor Howard of American Harvard University.Its purpose is to cultivate the students' abilities with multiple intelligence.Its emphasis is to form and cultivate the initiative spirit and the ability of practice.The views have been set up that every student can succeed,and that teachers can teach according to the student's ability,and that students are evaluated from the point of multi-constituent and multilayer.
