摘要
多媒体教学在高校教育中扮演着越来越重要的角色,但效果却因设计存在的误区而不尽人意。从人本主义角度指出现行课件的不足,然后试着分析课件、教材、教师与学习者的关系。并以马斯洛的需求层次理论为指导,在课件设计中,加入人本主义元素,从而构建有效的多媒体课件模式,最终激发学生自我实现的需求。
Multimedia courseware becomes more important in colleges, the this teaching effect is far from satisfaction. The paper tries to analyze the current situation in those colleges and find out its insufficiency in courses. The relationship of courseware, textbook, teachers and learners are analyzed. On the basis of Need-hierarchy Theory of Abraham Maslow, the paper tries to design effective multimedia courseware with humanism to stir up students' self-actualization needs at last.
