摘要
利用ANSYS软件对平推对夹式电液伺服试验机主机结构进行有限元静态和动态分析,判断主机在试验过程中的稳定性和振动振幅大小。分析数据可作为判断主机设计是否合理的参考依据,进而进行优化设计。
ANSYS is used to analyze the static and dynamic finite element for the loading frame of Opposite-Clamping Electro-Hydraulic Servo Testing Machine,and estimate the stability and amplitude of the loading frame during the test process.The datum from the analysis can be used to judge whether the loading frame is designed reasonably or not and then to optimize the design.
