摘要
毛细管电泳数据工作站由数据采集卡和系统软件二部分组成 ,由于在软件中采用了最新的分析化学计量学方法 (实时、非实时小波分析 ,样条最小二乘法等 ) ,因此对较大强度的噪声干扰起到了很好的抑制作用。应用于安培检测器的毛细管电泳数据记录结果表明 ,工作站比常用函数记录仪的信噪比提高近 2 0倍 ,具良好的应用前景。
The data working station designed for capillaryelectrophoresis(CE) is reported which involved a high quality data samplingcard and the software. Since the modern chemometric methods, such asreal\|time wavelet analysis, spline least square method(SLSM), were adaptedin the software, it can greatly reduced the influence of white noise eventhe electrochemical detector was used. The experiment shows that ourdesigned working station can improve the S/N ratio over 20 folds comparedwith the common X Y recorder.
