Game theory has promoted management sciences to a new level of development. Throuqh Nash balance analysis of the mixed measures between shareholders and the legal representive of corporation, an expectancy profits of the two are calculated, thus achieving the dynamic measures for self gains of both the share holders and the stock management.\;
