摘要
目的在儿科临床见习阶段加强留学生临床思维能力培养。方法将案例教学法引入儿科临床见习教学中,设计问卷就教学效果对学生进行调查。结果病案教学法对提高留学生自学能力、临床逻辑思维能力、理论知识与临床实践相结合能力等有较好的效果。结论运用病案教学法有利于留学生对知识的理解和吸收,能够激发留学生学习的积极型和主动性,可有效地实现理论与临床互相渗透,从而加强临床思维能力的培养。
Objective To reinforce the training of medical foreign students" clinical thinking ability in the stage of pediatric clinical practice. Methods Case method was introduced into pediatric clinical learning and questionnaires was made accordingly. Results Answers to questionnaires revealed that it had remarkable effects on improving student" ability of self-learning, clinical logical thinking, combining theoretical knowledge with clinical practice, etc. Conclusions Case method is conducive to foreign students" understanding and absorption of knowledge and could stimulate foreign students" enthusiasm and initiative in learning. It is also effective in realizing each other infiltration of medical theories and clinical knowledge, strengthen the cultivation of foreign students" clinical thinking ability.
