高职病理目标教学中学生成就动机的培养与激发

摘要 学生的学习动机是其学习成就的基础,直接影响他们的学习活动、学习成绩,甚至未来事业。在教学过程中,教师应进行人生观教育,增强学习责任感;明确教学目标,发挥目标的导向、激励、检测功能;对学习结果及时、有效地反馈,使学生不断获得成功经验;激发学生学习兴趣,增强求知欲和自信心;关爱学生、合理期待,从而培养、激发学生的成就动机,以取得理想的教学效果。 Achievement motivation,as the basis of learning achievements, could directly affect the learning activities, learning achievements and future career of students. In the course of teaching, teach ers should pay attention to the following aspects. First of all, teachers should entame students" responsibility for learning by cultivation their outlook on life. Secondly, teachers should formulate definite, spe cific and reasonable teaching objectives and exert the functions of direction, inspiration and examine. Thirdly, teachers should give students feedback on learning outcomes timely and effectively. In order to help them to achieve success experience gradually. Fourth, teachers should try to inspire learning inter est and thirst for knowledge. Last but not least, students" selfconfidence should be strengthened by more praise instead of criticism. Once we cultivate and inspire the achievement motivation of students, we will achieve an ideal teaching effect.
