老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后早期康复护理疗效观察

Observation on the effect of postoperative rehabilitation nursing care in the treatment of elderly patients with Femoral neck fracture by Total Hip Replacement

目的探讨老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后早期康复护理的效果。方法将42例老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后患者随机分为康复护理组21例和对照组21例,康复护理组术后给予早期综合康复护理,对照组给予常规康复护理,术后1年比较两组患者生活自理能力和行走能力。结果术后1年康复护理组患者髋关节功能和日常生活能力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理有助于改善老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后患者生活自理能力和行走能力。

Objective To evaluate the effect of postoperative rehabilitation nursing care in the treatment of elderly patients with Femoral neck fracture by Total Hip Replacement. Methods 42 elderly Femoral neck fracture by Total Hip Replacement were randomly divided into rehabilitation nursing care group （n： 21） and control group （n： 21）. The patients in the rehabilitation nursing care group received early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care and the patients in the control group received conventional rehabilitation nursing care after surgery. The self-care ability of daily living and walking ability were compared between the two groups after surgery for one year. Results The self-care ability of daily living and walking ability one year later after surgery were superior in the rehabilitation nursing care group to that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Early rehabilitation nursing care is conducive to the improvement of self-care ability and walking ability of the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture after internal fixation.
