摘要
应用已建立的催化裂化提升管反应器气液固 3相流动反应模型及其程序对原料油雾化程度对反应结果的影响进行了数值模拟研究 ,从原料液雾流动和气化的机理和本质方面对原料液雾雾化效果的影响进行了考察。结果表明 ,雾化效果越好 ,液雾粒径越小 ,轻质油收率就越高 ,产品分布就越理想。气固两相流动反应模型的的原料油瞬间气化的假设 。
A numerical simulation about the effects of the variation of feed spray particle diameters on the cracking results was carried out Based on the proposed mechanism of the feed spray flow and evaporation in the FCC riser feeding zone,the influence of feed atomizing extent was investigated It has been shown that the smaller the feed spray particle diameter,the higher the light oil yield and the better the product distribution The basic hypothesis of instantaneous feed evaporation in the gas solid two phase flow reaction model embodies a flow and reaction pattern when the feed is being in an extremely atomized state
