摘要
多支链的星形降凝剂对不同油品和原油的降凝及降粘作用不仅与支链长度有关 ,而且与支链数有关。讨论了支链数、支链长度与凝点降、粘度降的关系。用 DSC和 PLM考察了星形降凝剂的支链长度、分子结构对油品中石蜡蜡晶的形态和析蜡温度的影响。降凝剂与石蜡的相互作用不仅与降凝剂分子的支链长度、蜡的相对分子质量及其分布有关 ,而且降凝剂分子的空间结构在改变蜡晶形态、分散蜡晶过程中也起着重要的作用。
The effects of star shaped solidification depressants(SPD) on solidification point drop(ΔT s ) and viscosity reduction (Δη) of crude oils and their products depend not only on chain length, but also the numbers of chain branches The ΔT s,Δη , wax crystal and wax precipitation temperature of six oils, two crude oils and slack wax were investigated respectively by thermoelectric solidification tester, coaxial cylinder viscometer, PLM and DSC The results show that different stereostructures of SPD display the difference in altering the size, shape and the number of the wax crystals, redcuing precipitation temperature, and improving in both ΔT s and Δη of oils at low temperature The interaction between SPD and wax is similar to that of surfactant, which can improve the solubility of wax in oil
