摘要
在微反 -色谱装置上 ,研究了 Ni Cu/HM非贵金属催化剂的正戊烷异构化性能。重点考察了助催化组分 Cu、焙烧温度和还原温度对 Ni Cu/HM催化剂性能的影响 ,用 SEM观察了催化剂的形貌。结果表明 ,Cu O的存在提高了 Ni O的分散度 ,使 Ni O更易于还原 ,从而使催化剂的性能得到改善 ;Cu O与 Ni O的含量达到适宜的匹配时可以使催化剂具有较好的活性。经过 2 0 0 h试验 。
The catalytic performances of non noble metal NiCu/HM catalyst for n pentane isomerization were investigated on the experimental set up which is mainly composed of fixed bed high pressure microreactor and chromatography set The effects of catalytic promoter, reduction temperature and calcination temperature on catalytic performances of NiCu/HM were mainly investigated, and the form of the catalyst was also observed by means of SEM The results showed that the addition of Cu to Ni/HM increases the dispersion degree of NiO and can improve its catalytic performance The catalyst is used under the condition of 280℃, hydrogen pressure of 2 0 MPa, space velocity of 1 0 h 1 and n(H 2)/ n (nC 5H 12 ) of 3 0, the conversion of n pentane is 66 7%,i pentane yield is 60 55%,i pentane selectivity is 90 78% The activity of NiCu/HM catalyst is stable during the run of 200 h
