摘要
建立了用单扫描示波极谱同时测定原油中镍和铜含量的方法。确定了最佳底液体系 ,绘制了工作曲线 ,进行了干扰实验和回收率实验。应用此方法测定了胜利及大港原油中镍和铜的含量。结果表明 ,本法具有灵敏、快速、价廉、线性范围宽、稳定性好、共存离子无干扰等特点 ,完全适用于原油中镍。
The simultaneous determination of nickel and copper in the crude oils by using single sweep polarography has been established In a supporting electrolyte containing 2 5×10 -3 mol/l Na 2B 4O 7(pH 9 26) and 2 0×10 -4 mol/l DMG, the peak potential of Ni is -1 09V (vs SCE) The peak height is linearly related to the concentration of Ni in the range of 4 0×10 -8 to 4 0×10 -6 mol/l with the linear regression equation of y =1 56×10 7 x + 1 65 and the related coefficient r =0 9989 The detection limit is 4 0×10 -8 mol/l The Ni and Cu contents of Dagang and Shengli crude oil were determined and the recoveries were between 95% and 105% The co existent elements in the crude oil do not interfere with the determination
