Detection of Antibodies to Haemophilus paragallinarum by Dot_ELISA

本研究建立了检测副鸡嗜血杆菌特异性抗体的Dot_ELISA方法,结果证明,本方法不与8 种常见病原体产生交叉反应,对人工感染和临床病鸡的检出率为80% ,抗原预点膜在4℃可保存5 周以上,采用抗原预点膜进行检测可使整个过程在90分钟内完成,因此本方法是一种具有较高敏感性和特异性。

A Dot_ELISA to detect the antibodies for Haemophilus paragallinarum was developed in current study,the results showed that there is no cross_reactions between the antisera of H.paragallinarum and 8 other common pathogens in this Dot_ELISA,and the sera of challenged and clinical sick chickens gave an positive percentage of 80%.In addition,the membrane covered with antigen could be stored for more than 5 weeks at 4℃,if this membrane was used the whole procedure of Dot_ELISA would be finished in 90 minutes.So this assay,which with a good specificity,sensitivity and even more rapidity and simplicity,could be a valuable methods for the diagnosis of infectious coryza.
