摘要
“安昭”舞是青海互助土族地区广为流传的传统民间舞蹈，是中国民族文化宝库中不可多得的一块瑰宝。土族人民通过跳“安昭”舞来记忆祖先生活的历史，唤起他们内心深处的民族认同感和自豪感。“安昭”舞具有深厚的历史积淀、多元的文化属性和诸种社会功能，我们要帮助土族人民保护、开发和传承“安昭”舞文化，使他们利用土族特色文化来发展本民族的社会经济。
Anzhao Dance is a form of popular traditional folk dance in Tu nationality area, Huzhu County, Qinghai Province and also a rare treasure in the Chinese national culture. Through this form of dance, the Tu people recall the past lives of their ancestors and arouse the sense of national identity and pride deep inside their heart. Anzhao Dance has deep historical deposition, muhicuhural property and various social functions. We＇d like to help the Tu people protect, explore and inherit the Anzhao Dance culture, enabling them to make good use of their special culture and develop their social economy.
