摘要
二点委夜蛾(Athetis lepigone Moschler)在我国属于耕作制度变革后新发生的害虫,为了便于对其进行准确的预测预报,在不同温度条件下,测定了二点委夜蛾各虫态的发育历期,并用直线回归法计算出各虫态的发育起点温度和有效积温。结果表明:温度对二点委夜蛾各虫态的发育历期有显著影响,在温度为15~30℃时,各虫态的发育历期随着温度的升高而明显缩短,其发育速率明显加快。二点委夜蛾的发育历期和发育速率均与温度呈明显的相关性,其卵、幼虫、蛹和全世代发育起点温度分别为9.72、10.80、9.63和10.04℃,有效积温分别为71.47、248.89、134.00和552.95 d.℃。利用本研究结果,根据有效积温法则,可准确预测出该虫在当地的发育代数。
Athetis lepigone Moschler,a new fulminant insect pest,was an important pest in summer corn in China.To forecast it accurately,its developmental duration,developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulative temperature were studied.The results showed that eggs,larvae,pupae,pre-oviposition females and an entire generation were all influenced by temperature obviously.Their developmental duration became shorter and the development rate became higher with increasing temperature from 15 ℃ to 30 ℃.The developmental threshold temperatures of eggs,larvae,pupae and an entire generation were 9.72,10.80,9.63 and 10.04 ℃,respectively,and their effective accumulative temperatures were 71.47,248.89,134.00 and 552.95 · ℃,respectively.According to the effective accumulative temperature law,we can predict the generations of this pest.
